How long does delivery take?
Your item is only produced after you order. Expect 2–5 working days for production and then about 5–10 working days for shipping to Switzerland.
How much is shipping?
CHF 7.90 to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Orders of CHF 80 or more ship free.
Do I have to pay customs or VAT on delivery?
No. Swiss import tax has already been settled, and since 2024 there are no customs duties on clothing in Switzerland.
Can I exchange an item if the size does not fit?
Because every piece is made individually for you, we cannot take items back if you do not like the size or colour. Please check the size details beforehand – and if you are unsure, write to us before buying.
What if my item is damaged or misprinted?
Get in touch within 30 days with your order number and a photo. You will receive a free replacement or your money back.
How do I wash the prints properly?
Turn inside out, wash at 30 °C maximum, do not iron over the print and preferably air dry. This keeps the print looking good for years.
How can I pay?
By credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Shopify.
Do you ship abroad?
For now we deliver to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. The EU will follow soon.
